Richard Stacker

With more than 30 years' experience spanning funds management, finance, investment, development and asset management, Richard brings a broad perspective to property investment. Throughout his significant career at Charter Hall, Richard has held senior leadership roles including Head of Global Investor Relations and Direct CEO, and he has extensive experience in capital partnerships, portfolio strategy and investment management. 

Richard believes long-term success is built on disciplined investment, strong partnerships and an ability to anticipate and respond to changing customer needs. He is focused on ensuring Charter Hall's portfolios remain resilient through market cycles while delivering sustainable outcomes for investors and helping tenants adapt and grow. 

Richard serves as a Board member of CPIF, Charter Hall's flagship Wholesale Industrial Fund and other Charter Hall entities. He has also represented Charter Hall on the Property Industry Foundation Board of Advisers and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
