Our vision for Flagstone Logistics Estate is to deliver one of the most sustainable business precincts in Australia that will bring new businesses, services and jobs to the Logan community.
The 100-hectare estate is currently under construction on a former agricultural site in North Maclean, Queensland.
Once complete, Flagstone Logistics Estate will be home to dozens of businesses in warehouses ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 square meters. Open space areas, off-road paths and other amenities will make the site a vibrant, sustainable precinct.
Access to the estate will be via Mount Lindesay Highway, with a service road directly off the highway roundabout.

Contractors working on the site will be asked to manage construction noise throughout the project duration. This includes:
Works are to only take place within the approved construction hours of 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday. Any work outside of these hours is subject to EDQ Approval.
To minimise the impact of dust, contactors working on the site will be required to cover or vegetate exposed surfaces as soon as practicable. When not possible, exposed surfaces are to be wetted down or treated so as to prevent dust. Construction access points are to be well maintained and swept, ensuring tracking of dirt and dust onto the road network is minimised.
Charter Hall is committed to an ongoing, open dialogue with the local community and take all feedback seriously.
We will arrange to distribute updates to residents and businesses in surrounding streets of the site one week ahead of any major activities which may affect traffic, access or other local conditions.
